SiteReporta is designed so that your information never leaves your device unless you decide to export it.

What the app stores

Your business profile (including any bank details and logo you enter), customers, projects, catalog, estimates, invoices, site reports and site photos. All of it is stored locally in the app's storage on your iPhone or iPad. We do not receive it, and there is no server or account.

What we collect

Nothing. The app has no analytics, advertising or tracking software, no third-party SDKs, and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Camera and photos

The camera is used only when you choose to attach a photo to a site report. Photos you pick from your library or take are copied into the app's storage on the device. The app does not use your location, microphone or contacts.

Purchases

SiteReporta Pro is bought through the App Store. Apple processes the payment and the purchase record under Apple's own privacy policy. We do not receive your payment details, and the app only asks Apple whether the purchase exists. A flag saying whether Pro is unlocked is cached on the device.

Backups and sharing

Backups, PDFs and photos leave the app only when you export or share them through the system share sheet or Files. Backup files are not encrypted; they contain your data in readable form. You are responsible for where you save or send them. Documents you share are subject to the privacy practices of whoever you share them with.

Deleting your data

Settings > Delete all data removes every record, logo and photo from the app. Deleting the app removes its stored data from the device. We hold no copy, so we cannot recover or delete anything on your behalf.

This website

This website uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising scripts. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and requested page) for security and operation.

Children

SiteReporta is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone.
